Account Details not showing in Explorer Navigation Pane

Some of the Nextcloud accounts in explorer are not showing the account details , they are only showing the word Nextcloud

I have tried to disable and enable “show sync folders in Explorer Navigation Pane”, makes no difference

Looking in the registry the entries look good (or at least similar to the two that are working

The next cloud client version is 3.8.1and its running on a fully patched win 11

Any ideas where to check next?

Found it . I think there is a bug in the Next cloud client.

If Virtual file support is enabled, the account details do not show.
For each account you have to

  • make available off line
  • sync
  • disable Virtual file support
  • make available off line (again)
  • sync
  • finally disable and enable “show sync folders in Explorer Navigation Pane”
