Account Button and Activity Tab missing

Hi everyone,
I have been trying to build a Windows Client and was able to generate a working client for that.

However, I have been having some problems with the generated client.

  1. It’s missing the button to add an additional account.
  2. Its missing activity tab which shows all the activity done.

PS: I have been using these scripts to generate the build. https://github.com/nextcloud/client-building/tree/master

I have the exact same problem but under Ubuntu 20.04. I run multiple instances of 2.6.4 on Ubuntu 18.04 without problems, but an instance (my first) of 2.7.0 on 20.04 is missing the account button and the activity tab. I installed 2.7.0 from the beta repository, and somehow I am unable to get back to 2.6.4 after removing the beta repository. Maybe we should create an issue on this?

Yes. That would be a good idea to create a issue. I was running the master but I switched to v2.6.4. It works for me.
Creating an Issue would be great.
We can also link the issue here for references.

Hi,
Just interested if anyone created an issue for this. I couldn’t find it unfortunatelly. Could you link it in if it was created? Thanks!

I am using the ppa verison 3.0.1 on ubuntu 20.04 and I have the same issue no activiy button!
On the version 2.6.5 one can find the buttons Activiy and Account.

exact same problem, and it is quite annoying, since the activity tab is my “sanity check” tab, to see if everything goes well, if i make major changes to files. I Hope it is just a matter of a startup option to activate.
However i cannot find it here :

According to this issue, the account managing has been moved to the main dialog window.

Activity can be also tracked here. The window appears when you left click on the tray icon or right click on it and select “Open main dialog” menu. Looks like this.
