Getting error on nextcloud 20.1

Wouldn’t it be a good idea to check the access rights of the /tmp-directory, if Nextcloud cannot create a directory in that folder?!

I would recommend to change the access rights to at least 1777 for /tmp.

Nevertheless the wrong access rights don’t explain why error message is logged.

Please add DETAILED information about your environment, the used software and app versions, related log messages from the Nextcloud log file and provided a DETAILED step-by-step guide how to reproduce the problem.
