Are there some files are copied under core/js by apps?
Because , I fresh install nextcloud 20.05 and install, file_retention and autotag flow apps. After those installation I get Error like this:

GET /index.php/settings/admin/workflow

from 192.168.1.100 by admin at 2021-01-24T13:59:54+00:00[jsresourceloader] Error: Could not find resource core/js/oc-backbone-webdav.js to load
GET /index.php/settings/admin/workflow
from 192.168.1.100 by admin at 2021-01-24T13:59:54+00:00
Those 4 files are not exist neither apps not nexcloud.
I wonder Are they cosmetic error? If it is not how can you use it?
PS: When I download 20.0.5 zip file I check integrity of file with md5 and they are ok. So no file is corrupt while download.
