Hey,
after cleaning up my Nextcloud folder, the following message keeps reappearing every couple of seconds.
A large number of files in the server have been deleted. Please confirm if you’d like to proceed with these deletions.
Alternatively you can restore all deleted files […]
Any idea how to fix this?
Thanks.

If this in the Desktop client (you didn’t specify), just acknowledge it if you’d like it to proceed with removing those files from the server.

Yes. It’s the desktop client (3.14.2) on Ubuntu 24.04.
And thanks for the recommendation, but I clicked “Proceed with deletion” about 100 times already.
It just keeps appearing again and again.
edit: The server is running 29.0.4
Hi, I have exactly the same problem on Windows 10 and desktop version 3.14.2. and Nextcloud 30.0.1. This message has been displayed since the last update and despite the disabled option it still reappears.

I found the following option in the settings of the client but it doesn’t solve the issue

I have the exact same problem, I keep pressing the Proceed with Deletion but it keeps on coming back everytime the client tries to sync.
Nextcloud Server 28.0.11.1, Nextcloud Desktop Client v3.14.2 on Windows 10 22H2.
I am also affected by this bug, that also appeared in v3.14.2. I tried to open a bug report, since I believe this is a regression from a previous version.
