403 Forbidden error when I click finish setup

Hello,

I’m reinstalling nextcloud on a fresh installation and when I try to click the finish setup on the installation wizard. I get a 403 Forbidden error. I have provided permissions to www-data and checked as well.

My system details are:
Apache: 2.4
Php : 7.4
Ubuntu: 20.04 LTS server
Nextcloud: 22.2.3
I’m hosting on an Amazon EC2 instance.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

You will need to dig into Apache logs. Also, did you install nextcloud via containers such as snap and docker? If no, you can find your log at /var/log/apache/apache_error.log.
