1&1 Ionos "Files" ("Dateien") causing an internal server error

NC v22.x, v23.x and v24.x cause an internal server error in shared hosting at provider mentioned above when clicking “Files” (“Dateien” in German).

Tested with PHP 7.4 and 8.0.

Any HInts?

EDIT:
App “Notes” (“Notizen”) works fine.

Contact the !&1 Ionos support and asked them to fix the issue.

Ionos support refuses to act.

Found solution:
App DropIt was causing it. Worked fine up to NC 21.x.

Edit:
At Ionos you get no error.log even when you submit needed data to get part of it related to your site. Not to recommend, this provider.
